Returns for macaron orders
We are only able to offer a refund if the items are proven to be faulty and that the fault is in the production of the product.
In the event where the fault is with the product, we will require the product to be sent back to us before issuing a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on circumstances, Mummy Macaron may issue a credit note, discount offer or resend the order.
If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us using our contact page within 24 hours of when the package was received, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Mummy Macarons.
Due to the fresh nature of our products we do not accept routine returns. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us directly.
